La Balandrie

The house is called "La Balandrie" and is situated in the Chateau Tournon domain near Montauroux, close to the lake Lac St. Cassien.

The 250 ㎡ house is situated on a 3100 ㎡ property, approx. 3 km away from the medieval village Montauroux.
With more than 400 metres altitude, the mountains behind Cannes leave you with dry, fresh air and magnificent scents from both flowers and trees.

The house is situated on the highest point of the domain area and overlooks a forest area on the one side and the valley and mountains with the Napoleon route, the perfume village Grasse and other great Provence villages on the other side.

On the North side of the house, there is a great and cool terrace where you can escape the hot sun.

Plenty of space

Two of the rooms can be found in the "tower", where they have their own bathroom and a magnificent view from the balcony. Three rooms can be found in a ground floor wing with their own bathroom and toilet, whereas the last room is situated in a studio apartment.
