Rental terms:

The deposit will be refunded no more than one month after the returning the house in normal condition.

During A and B season, the rent includes the consumption of water.
A charge for electricity consumption is to be paid.
Bedlinen and towels can be rented, EUR 16 per person per week.
The tenancy extends from Saturday to Saturday. Latest departure: 10.00 a.m. Earliest arrival: 4.00 p.m.
Extended rental (more than three weeks): request an offer.

General terms:

No more than 11 people may occupy the house
Immediately after booking, the lease will be sent to the tenant and the first rate, 50% of the lease, is also to be paid at this point.
Along with the deposit, the second rate of the lease is to be paid no later than 6 weeks before the leasing period begins.
The lease is binding from the time of the booking. Should the lease be cancelled before the leasing period begins (6 weeks before), the paid first rate cannot be reimbursed. The second rate will however not be collected. Should the lease be cancelled less than 6 weeks before the leasing period begins, the tenant is committed to pay the entire lease (including the second rate).
No pets allowed.
Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels etc. are not included and must be brought along.
The house is to be vacated in its normal condition, meaning that any damages are to be reported to either the owner or the supervisor. The house is to be tidied up and all kitchen equipment is to be washed. The refrigerator, the oven and the barbecue are also to be cleaned, and the garbage is to be removed.
